Five people involved in bringing communal and provocative content in the question paper of the Bangla first paper in this year's HSC examination of Jashore Education Board have been identified.

Dhaka Education Board Chairman Professor Tapan Kumar Sarker disclosed the matter to the media state-owned news agency BSS.

The involved persons are assistant professor Prashanta Kumar Pal of Dr Saiful Islam Degree College in Jhenaidah's Moheshpur, associate professor Syed Tajuddin Shaon of Govt Victoria College in Narail, associate professor Shafiqur Rahman of Satkhira Govt Girls' College, assistant professor Shyamal Kumar Ghosh of Narail's Mirzapur United College and assistant professor Rezaul Karim of Bheramara Adorsho College in Kushtia.

Prof Tapan Kumar Sarker further said that all the accused are from Jashore Education Board.

The concerned board will issue a show cause notice against the accused soon, he added.

He also recommended the chairman of the Jashore Board take disciplinary actions against these five accused.
