The results of the Primary scholarship exam have been suspended temporarily due to a technical glitch.

Sources said there was a software technical coding error which enforced the authority to suspend the results. 

Among them, 33,000 students got a talent pool scholarship 49,383 students got the general scholarship.

State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Mohammad Zakir Hossen announced the result of scholarship examinations at a press briefing at the Bangladesh Secretariat Tuesday morning.

Primary and Mass Education Secretary Farid Ahammad and Director General of Directorate of Primary Education Shah Rejwan Hayat along with other senior officials of the ministry were present.  

The state minister said talent pool students will get a scholarship amount of Tk 300 per month for three years while the general student will get a scholarship amount of Tk 225 per month for three years.

A total of 483,759 examinees appeared in scholarship examinations for 2022 on December 30 last.
