After the primary schools closure the government has taken the decision to close the classroom activities of all govt and private secondary schools’ primary sections across the country due to the ongoing heatwave.

All classes of the primacy sections under secondary schools will remain closed until Thursday, said a media release from the Directorate of Secondary & Higher Education on Monday.

The primary and mass education ministry announced the decision on Sunday.

The ministry said that the decision was taken for the protection of the health of the primary students.
