A fire that broke out at the Shattola slum in Dhaka’s Mohakhali area early on Monday is now under control, reports UNB.
The fire broke out at the slum around 6:48 am.
On information, nine firefighting units reached the spot at around 7 am, said Anwarul Islam, warehouse inspector of Fire Service and Civil Defence headquarters media cell.The fire was brought under control at around 8:10 am. No report of death or injuries so far in the fire.
