Mohammad Golam Sarwar Bhuiyan has been appointed Defense Finance Department’s (DFD) chief Controller General of Defense Finance (CGDF) Secretary/Grade-1.
He joined the new workplace on Monday.
Earlier, Golam Sarwar performed his duty as Senior Finance Controller (Additional Secretary) of the Bangladesh Army.Mohammad Golam Sarwar Bhuiyan obtained a B.com (Honors) and Master’s degree from the Accounting Department of Dhaka University.
He also obtained a Master’s in Accounting and Finance from Birmingham University in the United States.
