Prime Minister's Adviser on Private Industry and Investment Salman F Rahman said the government is providing all sorts of assistance including financial to rehabilitate the businessmen and employees of Bangabazar, who lost everything in the devastating fire.

Salman F Rahman made the remarks after visiting the fire-hit Bangabazar market on Thursday morning. 

Salman said the Prime Minister has monitored the whole incident since early morning and has already instructed authorities concerned including the city corporation to take necessary measures for the wellbeing of the affected traders. 

Officials of the Prime Minister’s Office and leaders of the Bangabazar Traders Association were present at that time.
