Bashundhara Group has been hosting iftar for more than 2,000 devotees at Baitul Mukarram National Mosque every day.
Salient feature of the iftar in the national mosque is that people from all walks of life participate in it.
The month-long iftar has been arranged following initiative of Sayem Sobhan Anvir, Managing Director of the Bashundhara Group and Chief Adviser to Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee.Shaikhul Hadith Mufti Muhibbullahil Baki Nadvi, Pesh Imam of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, said “We are grateful to Managing Director of Bashundhara Group, President of BAJUS and Chief Adviser to Baitul Mukarram National Mosque Musalli Committee Sayem Sobhan Anvir for hosting month-long iftar.
Hosting iftar is virtuous act. If anybody hosts iftar, he gets reward equal to the fasting person. Sayem Sobhan Anvir arranges iftar for thousands of devotees. May Allah give him and his family members adequate rewards.”
On Wednesday, the devotees offered special prayers seeking welfare of Bashundhara Group Chairman Ahmed Akbar Sobhan, Managing Director Sayem Sobhan Anvir and members of their families.
They also solicited further business development of the Bashundhara Group.
