Engineer Md Mohiuddin Ahmed has been appointed as the chairman of the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
The Public Administration Ministry issued a gazette notification in this regard on Monday.
Currently, Mohiuddin is serving as vice-chairman of BRTC and will replace the incumbent chairman Shyam Sunder Sikder on December 14.The order was issued for public interest, said the notification.
