The metro rail in the capital will run as usual in the day of elections, said its operating organization Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).
DMTCL general manager (operations) Md. Iftikhar Hossain confirmed the matter to media on Saturday morning.
He said, “We didn’t give any announcement in this regard. So, the metro rail will run on this day as usual. It will be active except the weekly holiday on Friday.”Bd-pratidin English/Lutful Hoque
