Detective Branch (DB) chief Harun-Or-Rashid said DB is monitoring the ongoing situation on the BUET campus.
He said this while talking to reporters at his office in the capital on Sunday.
Journalists asked the police officer about information regarding allegations by some quarters that the members of Hizb ut-Tahrir and Islami Chhatra Shibir are leading the movement against student politics at BUET, Daily Sun reported."Our DB teams are working there. We are observing the situation," added the DB chief.
