Inspector General of Police (IGP) Md. Mainul Islam on Sunday said that the traffic policemen have started working on some roads in the capital. Students are also working with them. Gradually, the traffic police will start working on all the roads of Dhaka.
He said this while speaking to reporters at Rajarbagh Central Police Hospital on Sunday.
IGP said we don't have manpower problems in traffic. In the meantime, traffic policemen have started duty on the road from Hotel Intercontinental Signal to Jahangir Gate.Students, BNCC and scout members are also working with them. We have been in touch with the student coordinators so that there is no misunderstanding with the students.
