Bangladeshi expatriates sent a record $201 crore 77 lakh remittance in March 2023 which is the highest amount in the last seven months.
Earlier, in August last year, expats sent $202 crore to the country.
Bangladesh Bank revealed this information on Sunday.According to the central bank, expatriates sent huge amounts of remittance to their dear ones ahead of the holy Eid-ul-Fitr.
