Bangladeshi expatriates from various countries have sent Tk 3,560 crore as remittance through banking channels in the first six days of October.

The country witnessed the lowest remittance in September. In this situation, a good remittance flow in the first week of October created hope. 

It said expatriates sent 5 crore 41 thousand 90 US dollars in the first 6 days of the current month which was 4 crore 47 lakh 88 thousand 60 US dollars during the same period of September.
