A total of 900 dengue patients were admitted to various hospitals setting a new record across the country in the last 24 hours while three Dengue patients died during the period.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), with the new cases, the number of total Dengue patients in the country rose to 3,227 and the total death toll reached 97.

Out of 900 dengue patients, 528 patients were admitted in Dhaka and 372 patients were admitted outside the capital, it added.
