Autism expert Saima Wazed Putul emphasized the implementation of law, policy and strategy in the treatment of mental health.  

She made the stress at a discussion on mental health held at a city hotel on Wednesday.    

Saima Wazed said all people have to change their thoughts to mental patients which will play an important role to resolve the problem. 

Later, prizes were distributed among the winners of the art competition marking National Mental Health Day.
