One patient died of Dengue in the country in the last 24 hours till Monday while 20 patients were hospitalized for the deadly disease during the period.
This is the first death from the disease in the new year.
The total death toll reached 282 in the country while the number of Dengue patients reached now 170 across the country.According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), as many as 57 Dengue patients were hospitalized in Dhaka city and 113 patients were admitted to hospitals outside Dhaka during the past 24 hours.
