The country reported 95 dengue cases in the last 24 hours till Wednesday morning (May 31).
According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), in the 24 hours, 82 dengue patients were admitted in Dhaka while 13 dengue patients were admitted outside the capital.
This year 1,378 patients are undergoing treatment in different hospitals in Dhaka while 644 other patients are being treated in hospitals outside Dhaka.Besides, this year a total 13 died from the mosquito-borne viral disease in Bangladesh till Wednesday, it said.
Last year, a total 281 died from the mosquito-borne viral disease in Bangladesh.
