One more dengue patients died while 584 new patients were hospitalized for the disease all over the country in the last 24 hours.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) on Wednesday, as many as 382 dengue patients were hospitalized in Dhaka city and 202 patients were admitted to hospitals outside Dhaka during the period.

The country logged 281 dengue deaths in 2022 – the highest on record after 179 deaths recorded in 2019.
