Bangladesh reported Covid-19-linked one death and 12 fresh cases in the last 24 hours till Saturday morning.

According to the official data of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), a total of 29,476 people in the country died due to the disease since the start of the pandemic in March of 2020.

A total of 641 samples were tested across the country, for a positivity rate of 1.87 percent.

Another seven people recovered from the illness nationwide, bringing the total number of recoveries to 4,023,470.
