Bangladesh has logged 10 more deaths from dengue infection in the last 24 hours till Monday morning.

At the same time, a total of 2,660 new patients were hospitalized for the disease all over the country.   

The number of dengue patients undergoing treatment is 8,820 across the country, said DGHS.   

So far, the DGHS has recorded 226,224 dengue cases and 216,308 recoveries this year.

The country logged 281 dengue deaths in 2022 – the highest on record after 179 deaths recorded in 2019.
