Bangladesh has logged two more deaths from dengue infection in the last 24 hours till Saturday morning.

At the same time, a total of 362 new patients were hospitalized for the disease all over the country.     

Meanwhile, the number of dengue patients undergoing treatment is 2,412 across the country, said DGHS.    

So far, the DGHS has recorded 316,773 dengue cases and 312,709 recoveries this year.          

The country logged 281 dengue deaths in 2022 – the highest on record after 179 deaths recorded in 2019.
