The hand over process of the bodies of deceased people in terrible fire at a restaurant in Baily Road of the capital has been started.
The hand over process of the bodies to the family members or close persons was started at 5:41 am on Friday morning.
The Dhaka district administration wanted the information of the relatives of the deceased to hand over the bodies after 2 am on Friday. Transfer of dead bodies started after identification of dead bodies subject to collection of information.Members of the district administration, police and fire service are involved in the process of handing over the bodies. The police prepared a status report of the deceased at Dhaka Medical College Hospitals Friday morning. The bodies were then handed over to the relatives.
Kalabagan Police Station Deputy Inspector (ASI) Golam Hossain said the bodies of the deceased, who were identified by the relatives, have been handed over through following legal procedure.
