A case was filed over the fire incident at Bailey Road in the capital bringing charges of killing due to negligence, reports Daily Sun.
Police filed the case with the Ramna Police Station on Friday night, Ramna police said.
Police said that they detained several people for interrogation. After scrutiny, those involved in the negligence will be shown arrested in the case.On Thursday night, a devastating fire at a commercial building on the road in the capital so far claimed the lives of 46 people, mostly food lovers.
Earlier on Friday evening, the Dhaka Metropolitan Police said they detained three men, including the manager of biriyani restaurant Kacchi Bhai.
