A training aircraft of the Bangladesh Air Force (YAK130) crashed into the Karnaphuli River on Thursday.
The two pilots of the aircraft, however, ejected with the parachute. But one of them is in critical condition.
The accident happened around 11 am on Thursday. The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed the information in a message.Divers, firefighters, sailors from ships in port are working to search for the Air Force YAK130 training fighter plane.
