Bangladesh Meteorological Department on Saturday predicted light to moderate rainfall with temporary gusty wind with moderately heavy falls at different places over the country, reports BSS.

"Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, at a few places over Rajshahi, Khulna and Chattogram divisions and at one or two places over Dhaka and Barisal divisions with moderately heavy falls at places over the country in the next 24 hours commencing 9 am this morning," a weather bulletin said.

Country's maximum temperature on Friday was recorded 35.5 degrees Celsius at Khepupara and minimum temperature 24.5 degrees Celsius was recorded at Dimla.
