Three people were killed in a head-on collision between a motorcycle and an engine-driven van in Paikgachha upazila of Khulna on Wednesday morning.

The deceased van driver has been identified as Ismail, 60, while the identities of the two motorcycle riders are yet to be known, UNB reported.

The motorcycle collided with a van coming from the opposite direction in the Shibbati area of Paikgachha in the morning, said the police official.

Both vehicles involved in the collision have been seized, and the bodies were sent to Khulna Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy, he added.
