A total of 10,408,918 cattle were sacrificed across Bangladesh during Eid-ul-Azha this year.
According to the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, the number was 10,041,812 and 9,950,763 in 2022 and 2023 respectively.
This year the highest number of cattle were sacrificed in the Dhaka division and the lowest number of cattle were sacrificed in the Mymensingh division.bd-pratidin/GR
