The pre-announced meeting between Awami League general secretary Obaidul Quader and the leaders of the Federation of Bangladesh University Teachers Association won’t be held today (Thursday.)
The meeting has been postponed due to “state affairs of the minister”.
Teachers of 35 private universities have been waging the movement for four days demanding their exclusion from the Prattay pension scheme.Earlier on Wednesday, Federation of Bangladesh University Teachers Association’s Secretary General and President of Dhaka University Teachers’ Association Prof Nizamul Haque Bhuiyan confirmed the meeting.
