Anti-quota Movement: 3 day program including boycotting classes in universities-colleges announced

The students protesting against quota system in government jobs have announced a new three-day program to protest against the verdict on the reinstatement of the quota for the first and second class posts in government jobs and to demand the cancellation of the quota.

The program was announced on Thursday afternoon from the ongoing blockade at Shahbag intersection of the capital.

According to the announced program, student protests will take place across the country next Saturday (July 6). Prior to this, mass communication will be done online and offline on Friday. Besides, the students have announced the boycott of all class-examinations next Sunday.

For the past few days, the students have been protesting against the High Court's order to restore 56 percent quota including 30 percent freedom fighter quota in first and second class government jobs and demanding the reinstatement of the circular of 2018.
