The quota reform activists have called upon the authorities concerned to withdraw the case lodged against them within the next 24 hours otherwise they will not shoulder responsibility if any untoward situation takes place centering the issue.
“The government will be held responsible for any untoward situation if the case is not withdrawn within the next 24 hours,” the quota reform activists came up with the threat while addressing a press conference held in front of the Central Library of Dhaka University this evening.
In addition, the anti-discrimination student movement said that the movement to demand reform of the quota system in government jobs will continue until a logical solution is found.
