Sri Lankan President Ranil Wickremesinghe has greeted Professor Muhammad Yunus on his new role as Chief Adviser of the Interim Government of Bangladesh.

In a phone call late Wednesday, President Wickremesinghe expressed his best wishes to Prof Yunus and urged Sri Lankan investors, who have been operating in Bangladesh for decades, to continue their business and contribute to the country's growth.
