Detectives in a drive arrested Awami League publicity secretary and former lawmaker Abdus Sobhan Miah Golap from Dhaka's Tejkunipara on Sunday.
Tejgaon Police Station officer-in-charge Mobarak Hossain confirmed the matter.
Golap was a former parliamentary member of the Madaripur-3 constituency.bd-pratidin/GR
