Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has issued a cautionary signal No. 3 for three seaports, forecasting moderate to heavy rainfall across eight divisions commencing Friday morning.
Meteorologist Md. Shahinul Islam announced the weather outlook, indicating that several areas in the Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Chittagong, and Sylhet divisions could experience light to moderate rain or thunderstorms, accompanied by temporary gusty winds.
