Actress Jaya Ahsan starrer film ‘Nakshi Kathar Jamin’ will take part in the 19th Barcelona International Film Festival.

The film has recently competed in the 53rd International Film Festival.

Jaya wrote, “The festival is special as it is based on the human rights-oriented film festival. This is not only famous in Spain but also one of the best festivals across the world. The film will be screened at 7 pm on December 3.”

Directed by Akram Khan, ‘Nakshi Kathar Jamin’ was produced based on the story of noted writer and novelist Hasan Azizul Haq’s ‘Bibader Kotha’.

Jaya Ahsan played the role of Rahela in the government-granted film.
