Complications in visa change for expats in UAE

Bangladeshi expatriates working in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) are in trouble due to the closure of new labor visas and no opportunity to change internal visas.

Even if there are good job opportunities in various institutions, they are unable to go to those institutions by changing their visa. Bangladeshi workers who have lost their jobs may have to return if the complications of visa change are not resolved.

Expatriate businessmen and workers said it is known that many companies are not able to hire domestic workers even though there is a demand due to the lack of opportunity to change the internal owner of expatriate Bangladeshis in the UAE.

On the other hand, Bangladeshi workers are not able to change the organization even if they have related work skills and experience. Many Bangladeshi expatriates are facing such problems due to visa complications.

As Bangladeshi businesses are increasing in different provinces of the country, construction companies are also working with pride. Where there is a constant demand for native workers.

Apart from this, expatriate Bangladeshis are dominating several large and small businesses, starting from houses, various technicians, garments, mobile businesses, and car mechanics. The company owners are also talking about the demand for domestic workers there. However, they are not able to hire workers due to the non-change of visas.

Ambassador of Bangladesh to UAE Abu Zafar said that visas for Bangladeshis are open. But in some cases there are obligations. When the visa was opened again, ordinary expatriates became victims again due to the misuse of it by various dishonest groups.

Meanwhile, during the country's remittance crisis, millions of Bangladeshi expatriates in the country demand to find a solution from the diplomatic level regarding the change of internal owners of UAE expatriates.
