Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batter Mushfiqur Rahim got injured in the knee during a fitness session at Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium on Saturday.
Mushfiqur, who recently retired from T20Is, had to go through six stitches due to an injury under the knee of the left leg during the fitness session at the gymnasium, said Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) media cell.
Mushfiq, well-known as Mr dependable, will take some 14 days to recover the injuries, it said.Bd-pratidin English/MSU/Golam Rosul
