Bangladesh scored 150 runs for 7 wickets in 20 overs in their third game of the Super 12 at the Twenty20 World Cup at Brisbane's Gabba ground on Sunday against Zimbabwe.

Opener Najmul Hossain Shanto scored highest 71 runs off 55 balls which is the first half-century of Bangladesh in the going World Cup. 

On the other hand, Zimbabwean bowlers Richard Ngarava and Blessing Muzarabani bagged two wickets each in 4 and 2 overs, respectively.

Earlier, Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan won the toss and chose to bat first.

Bangladeshi players are under pressure as they have been defeated by South Africa in the last match in Sydney while Ervine's are eyeing an unlikely tilt at a semi-final spot as his team defeated favourite Pakistan.

Zimbabwe's form is as good as their fighting spirit, and the way they defended the 130 against Pakistan was proof.
