‘Tigers just want to focus on Pakistan match’

Bangladesh are keen to focus on their next match against Pakistan as they want to make the occasion memorable with a victory in the ongoing T20 World Cup, said pacer Taskin Ahmed, reports BSS.

The Tigers will take on Pakistan on Sunday at the Adelaide Oval and the match is going to be their last game in the tournament unless anything miracle happens.

Taskin said, "Our goal is to give our best and win the last game. We are not keen to think of what happened in the past and fact we are not bothered about it."

The number one bowler of the tigers made the remarks in Adelaide on Friday after Bangladesh's practice session at Karen Rolton Oval ground.

Opener Litton Das, who played an eye-catching innings in the last match against India did not join the practice session.

"There are lots of calculations involved if we want to make its semifinal. It is out of control. What we can control is to play well in the next match and that's our target. We want to win the game against Pakistan," said the pacer.

However, Taskin rated Pakistan as a tough team to beat but relied on the unpredictability of the T20 game.
