India is batting on 209 for 5 on day 2 of first test between India and Australia thanks to resolute century of Rohit Sharma on a turning and seemingly low-scoring pitch of Nagpur.

Rohit is unbeaten on 108 from 183 balls. He and Ravidra Jadeja put up a partnership of 41 runs after the fall of 5^th wicket on 168. Jadeja is also unbeaten on 27.

Earlier, Australia were all out on 177 in their first innings on day 1.

Ravidra Jadeja was also Star with the ball for the host as he got 5 wickets for 47 runs.
