India scored a formidable score of 357 against Sri Lanka in Thursday’s World Cup match thanks to the Three almost century innings from Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer.

Gill scored 92, Kohli made 88 and Iyer hammered 82 from 56 balls.

Earlier, in the match held at Wankhede stadium of Mumbai, winning the toss, Sri Lanka opted to field first.

They will come out to bat for chasing the target shortly.
