Teja Nidamanuru scored the highest 41 runs off 34 balls while Scott Edwards scored 38 runs off 42 balls and opener Wesley Barresi scored 37 runs from 62 balls.Moeen Ali and Adil Rashid bagged 3 wickets each and David Willey took 2 wickets.
Earlier in the first innings, England posted 399 runs in 50 overs by losing 9 wickets.
Ben Stokes smashed 108 runs off 84 balls while Dawid Malan scored 87 runs off 74 balls and Chris Woakes scored 51 runs from 45.
Dutch bowler Bas de Leede bagged 3 wickets while Aryan Dutt and van Beek got two wickets each.
